Is there any addon out there to track my proc buffs such as 7th legion/ravager and then notify me with a big flashing icon in the middle of screen when it procs?

I believe the addon called "buff timers" of something like that can do what you are looking for.Played for about 2 years on Xbox and did everything you can do (-emp).

Baertram✭✭✭✭✭Each ability and proc got an id. if you use the addon Srendar (http://www.esoui.com/downloads/info655-Srendarr-AuraBuffampDebuffTracker.html) and enable the debug info you get the ids of the abilities spammed to your chat and can add them to a list of shown icons/text. You define where they are shown and how.
Or you could try the addon AuraMastery (http://www.esoui.com/downloads/info1367-Auramastery.html)
