strange moving trees in Orsinium

Hello there!

All over Orsinium trees are glitched/bugged like shown on the video below..

I allready did a full reinstall of the game and all updates.
The rest of The world of Tamriel is working perfectly and i also have no problems with other games.

Is this something that i can fix? or is there allready a patch in the making to resolve the issue?
I hope to have fun again playing Orsinium dlc... I love playing ESO.
