Where to farm CWC furnishing recipes?

I keep seeing these for sale, but haven't gotten any drops myself, despite 4-6 hours each day this weekend in CWC. Are factotums the only place to farm recipes? There seem to be very few lootable containers (wardrobes, desks, etc) in the Brass Fortress. I'm still running urns in Vvardenfell occasionally, and the drop rate is even worse, not even getting green recipes anymore!
