I have a dropped set which is Dwarven style as my chest and boots. I need motif that suits my Woodelf Stamblade that looks good with Dwarven. Atm I have Xivkyn (I am switching sets) but Xivkyn legs look terrible with Dwarven.I also have a Kra'ghs shoulder... My weapons will be probably be in Hollowjack or one of the other motifs with curved greatswords (ra garda, ebon shadow etc.)

What looks good with Dwarven?

If you’re OK with an uncraftable set, then the Clockwork style found in the Halls of Fabrication would be a great match.

Yes the Apostle should look fine.
The motif books drop from dailies in Clockwork City.

    As for the weapon...

A quick way to check which sets look good is to preview the crown store motifs in your desired weight of armor. That's how I realized I liked the Pact armor set for my tank. Not every set is there, but you can quickly check the main racial styles and many of the more common motifs this way.

Imo better is Comparison option on ESO Fashion website, complete list of motifs in one place per all items separately.
I always check there before making new armor.

Aldmeri dominion style medium armor is very cool and looks good with a lot of other medium styles. The legs especially look great.
I don't normally use daggers, but when I do, I choose dos Lekis.
