Hi, Im wondering if I can buy DLCs or ESO plus from my smart phone for PS4 without having to use the play station network. I share the PS4 with my husband and the playstation account is his with his creditcard, the ESO account is mine and I want to use my credit card, not his.

✭✭✭✭✭You need to set up your personal PSN account with the card of your choice.
Then log into the PlayStation app using your PSN account, click the PSN Store in the top left and purchase the one you want.
If I understand your question, that is how to do so as ESO Plus isn't shared across other PSN's
Just make sure you both keep track of each subscription on your own in terms of turning it on/off
