CaperGuy✭✭✭The XCIX Imperial Legion is an option. I ended up there instead of Magicka (sorry Magicka, maybe I had bad luck but there didn't seem to be much activity), there's not a -lot- of RP per-se....like....it's not -Heavy RP-, but the folks there have been super great and super helpful.
