If you've already tried logging out and back in, the next thing to try is power-cycling the console. You can do this by disconnecting the power cord from the back of the Xbox One and waiting two minutes. After the wait plug the console back in, log into the game, and see if Laranalda has re-appeared. If she hasn't, please contact support here.
