Purchased crowns that never came

Purchased 5500 crowns from eso on Friday, and I have gotten multiple messages from multiple people, getting the run around from them. I just want the 5500 crowns that I purchased...I will not be purchasing anymore from them in the future.

TheOnionCuttingNinjaSoul ShrivenI'm on pc and had the same problem. I got the crowns pack and it never showed up in game. I waited after 12hours without seeing any crowns, contacted support. Got reply that said to wait for 24-48 hours from time of purchase. Ok I waited and nothing, contacted support again, got a response saying we have you an incorrect time frame wait for 72hours from the time of purchase.... and nothing. At this point i write another email and what I get is a response saying that they transfering my issue to a specialist, please wait they will contact you as soon as possible... They never did but I got my crowns 6 Days after I had initially purchased them. So yep problem solved, just takes far too long.

Marcie✭I bought crowns via Steam and had to wait for almost 5 days until my credit card was charged.
And then I received only 50 instead of 750 crowns! What a shoddy billing system.
Well, back to writing tickets.

definitely has some frustrating things, but as a whole I must say it is probably the best game I have ever played!! I hope everything is working better for you!!0
