How to fix One Tamriel issues

One Tamriel has been a huge problem latency wise; also with the lack of resources and trading hubs it is more difficult to progress with so many players. A way to fix this, make each faction territories have their own servers and legal system. Example if you travel to a rival faction map you will see other factions since it's technically their lands (and it will give it the One Tamriel feel), thus if you travel back to your home faction areas; for outside factions why not make it illegal for them to bid on trading hubs and mine resources if it's not their faction territory. Even when you travel to other faction maps your character should face the same penalties as an outsider in their respective land. This will bring some kind of conflict for rival factions when traveling over since we don't have open PVP and a flagging PVP system for criminals.

Wrothgar should be DC, Vvardenfell EP, Coldharbour and Craglorn can be neutral for all alliances, same with Gold Coast and New's Bane.

Thoughts?

Guild Traders were never restricted to one alliance. Even before One Tamriel, guilds from any alliance could bid on the same trader. Beyond that, the storyline itself explains why outsiders are not arrested in enemy faction lands, and it would break the established lore for Wrothgar to be DC territory and Vvardenfell to be EP territory.

Exactly. Even when we were faction locked (only in the original zone) we were still on the same mega server.

Also, OP seems to not want AD to remain.

True on all accounts. Seems more that OP wants us to regress.
