In game menu (Add ons)

Hello fellow Adventurers, I'm going to show in a screenshot what I will be asking:

During gameplay, how can I get to this add on settings menu?

For example I want to use : Auto Recharge
(http://www.esoui.com/downloads/info1091-AutoRecharge.html)
And focus on soul gems and when to recharge my staffs or swords. However having the mod there is supposed to also be a menu that looks like this:

And I can't find those menu's.

Hit ESC. Scroll down to Settings, then scroll down to Addons. Click on it. It will give you a list of all your Addons.
If the one you are looking for is not there, either it does not have any options or it is not loaded.

Hello and thank you.

I figured it out.

See, I'm using controllers. And I found when I turned this off, KB&M UI is back. When Bethesda added control support they sacrificed soooo much UI you can't find what you're looking for unless you turn off gamepad.

Once I did that as a temporary measure I was able to do things including change color of chat text, view items stored in guild banks that used to say I didn't have permissions because the guild didn't have 50 members while using controller. Yeah, the whole thing is messed up and needs a serious overhaul. But for now, like I said turning off gamepad for a moment was the wisest choice.
