Auto-center Camera?

I relied on the auto-center option in TW3 and find myself missing it in ESO. Is there an add-on that includes this functionality? I'm not referring to the position of the targeting reticle, but rather the option to have the camera follow your view and center automatically.

✭Not quite. The offset reticle doesn't bother me. What I'm looking for is a third-person camera like the one in the Witcher 3. The camera is locked behind the character and gradually centers automatically as the player turns. It enables comfortable one-handed movement without relying on mouse look.forever stuck in combat0
