Maintenance for the week of January 5:

Something's fishy about Destro Staff attacks chance of applying status effects.

I'm just done testing this for 15 minutes and I could rarely proc chilled, burning or concussion. Light and heavy attacks doesnt seem to apply at all but direct damage from destructive reach, crushing shock and pulsar triggers it.

With the nerf to sharpened more traits have become viable so I wanted to try out charged but came across this fishy bug

Many things are immune or resistant to those effects. Sometimes the game gives you feedback of this during the fights, but you shouldn't count on the notification feedback happening. Pardon me if you already know these things, but since you didn't say so it should be mentioned (cover the basics first). Also, personally I don't understand exactly what you are saying in the second sentence, perhaps others may perceive this better than I.

@HalloweenWeed I tested it on the skeleton dummy and the feral orcs in Rkindaleft (Wrothgar's public dungeon). Does the combat dummy have any resistance to any elemental magic?

I can confirm prismatic enchantment will NOT proc on the dummy, despite meeting the classification of being undead. All the basic enchants should proc though (flame, poison, disease, etc.).
