I've been experimenting with furnishings on the PTS and trying to find ways to make Phrastus Domicus look more Aldmeri/Dominion-centric and less like Phrastus traded the deed to his house to the Dominion for safe passage out of the Imperial City. I finally tracked down where the ivy is sold (Malabal Tor for the curious) for hiding walls and I perched a couple of those Ayleid statues over the spikes on the stairway...but those spikes are everywhere, and the statues are rather large. I might try some hedges next, but in the meantime...what does everyone else use for obscuring unwanted unremovable features of their house? Any tips?

I have the Imperial house at Strident Springs, and I used an item called the Hope of Rivenspire on a lot of the spikes. It's a stone pillar with ivy and a flame latern. You can buy it at the Shornhelm achievement furnisher.

Lights/Lamp Posts can cover the spikes pretty well
