Dumb question, but are these lootable in morrowind chests or are they only available to buy for crowns through the decorator interface in your house? I have not seen any drop or cannot find any on GT's.

Farm safe boxes they're found there, I've had five since Morrowind came out but didn't start farming until recently (start of this month)0 -
