ESO plus language region????

Ok, so I signed up for ESO Plus last night to take full advantage of the upcoming event... It wouldn't let me. I got the message that I had to change my Language Region.

I have my Region set to Netherlands, as that's where I live, but my Xbox Language set to English because I just prefer it that way.

So I had to change my Language to Dutch before I could get ESO Plus... Why? Am I missing something here?

And more importantly: Now that I HAVE the ESO plus, can I change it back to English?

    I had the same issue as I live in sweden but use english as primary because I am american and do not speak good swedish. I had no problems buying from the xbox marketplace until after that last update xbox had that changed the UI layout. Since then I keep having to change my language over to swedish to match my locale to buy anything. Not sure why, but it is frustrating because I have to set language to svenska, then restart to buy, then set language back to english so I can read it, and the restart again. Oh and yes, you can change it back as Eso plus will still work.
