Or you could wait considerably longer for a resolution as your ticket(s) are rejected in turn by various auto-replies and humans until it hopefully gets re-directed to the appropriate team - who respond to queries via the given link. It may be that a mod shifts your current queries to the correct queue silently, which would be lucky.
Don't expect any explanations: the system silently shuts down your access to all non-solo actions - with the exception of group dungeons but then you can't chat nor trade loot items - without warning, explanation, nor the courtesy of a re-activation email etc. You're left stumbling blindly around in the dark wondering what's happened and why - as you are now.
The software responsible consistently misfires for guild leaders, crafters and traders.

No my account isn't suspended. I can play on both NA and EU servers. I just have no Guild Bank, Guild Store or Guild Trader access on the EU server. I have complete access on my account on NA.

There's no need to be rude. You're claiming things about my account like I can't chat which is clearly NOT the case. I just chatted with guild mates 30 seconds ago. I also experienced a short reprieve til I opened my craft bag this afternoon. The Guild Bank and Guild store showed up after I was online for about an hour doing my guild invite run, only to vanish again after I opened my craft bag. I did message @ZOS_DaryaK and also pointed him here as well as gave him the only open ticket number I've gotten a response from.Bucky Balls wrote: »SteveCampsOut wrote: »No my account isn't suspended. Stan Laurel was right: you can lead a horse to water but a pencil must be lead.
The symptoms you describe are 'social ban'. There is no option to select 'social ban' when raising a ticket because 'social bans' clearly don't exist. Ergo, 'suspended/compromised' would be the most apt since ALL social functions on your eu-server account are, in fact, suspended.
I can only reiterate that the link as given to me by ZOS_DaryaK and the 'suspended' option has resulted in a more rapid resolution of this 'social ban' issue. That is, sorted in days rather than weeks. I'd advise at least sending a message to ZOS_DaryaK with current ticket numbers and explaining the situation as the mod can ensure your existing support ticket(s) get shifted to the correct queue.
I get the doubt and incredulity - been there. Even if you follow my advice you're unlikely to see your eu-server account normalised until wednesday at the earliest. If you don't follow this advice - and a mod doesn't read this thread and move your ticket to that queue - then it's unlikely you'll see this resolved until the following week at the very earliest. And that only after bouncing back from automated replies. I expect it will take longer.
Still, if you're happy enough to wait it out and have fun on the na-server then all is good
That is a different symptom I was unaware of and seems very odd.. The Guild Bank and Guild store showed up after I was online for about an hour doing my guild invite run, only to vanish again...
