ESO Plus delays Perks for billing??

Ok, in order to make things easier on players...why not allow a 3 day grace period when processesing the billing cycle for eso rewards? This way people don't miss out on their paid for perks like: DLC, craft bag, extra home furnishing space etc. It is highly inappropriate to bill people for these items if they can't keep them while their being billed in the next cycle? Come ESO, you are smarter than this.
