So for part one of my problem, the gold edition issue:
I purchased Morrowind the day it launched and that purchase came with the gold edition, which contains the previous DLC of Thieves Guild, Orsinium, Dark Brotherhood, and Imperial City. I had already purchased IC and Orsinium separately when they launched so I own those. Up until now I've had ESO Plus where I could access Thieves Guild and Brotherhood, but when my ESO Plus started acting up (issue 2 which I will address momentarily) I lost access to Thieves and Brotherhood despite having the gold edition. Both of these DLC say not collected and therefore I can not play them without ESO plus.
Part two:
My ESO plus was scheduled to renew July 1st. On June 30th I received my crowns, but my Plus was no longer active. I unsubscribed and turned off auto renew and then I manually re subscribed. The charge was placed on my card and I got my ESO plus back, for the night... Today when I logged in, my ESO plus is gone again and I have no idea what the hell is going on. I've tried all the trouble shooting provided by Zenimax and Microsoft to no avail, and when I reach out to Zenimax they just send the same default response of "Trouble shoot and if it doesn't work contact Microsoft".
Anyone experience this issue as well and have a solution without having to jump through hoops of automated responses.
