I personally don't see anything wrong with more people having access to the game. The more the merrier.

No, console players have a shittier experience than pc players in terms of performance and we don't need more forum posts about that

Of course it will be. ZOS will squeeze every penny it possibly can out of the game. They'd sell you a pack of chalk and a blackboard and call it The Elder Scrolls Online OLD SCHOOL VERSION if they thought you'd buy it.

I'm voting no simply because zos can't even keep up with maintenance on the current systems. No need to add another one into the mix.

I have switch, and I dream of the day when I can play ESO on the go, FFXI mobile is being released later on this year, so ESO for switch would totally give it a run for its money ;p

I want a mobile DLC more. For example make a zone that you can explore using your mobile phone. There are plenty of mobile MMO's out there and ZOS minimalistic UI and 5 button action bar makes it easier. I'm all for ESO on the go, but using my existing account lol

Game was already dumbed down for console, so you might as well capitalize on it.
Really we do it without like, the musical instruments. This is the only musical: the mouth. And hopefully the brain attached to the mouth. Right? The brain, more important than the mouth, is the brain. The brain is much more important.

There is no way a phone processor could render an MMO.

    This
Sarcasm is something too serious to be taken lightly

No, because the system has awful specs and it'll be a repeat of how FFXIV had to "down grade" everything so the 360 and ps3 could manage.

Now that they've dropped support for them, the quality of their game has increased by a lot.

This is no longer a case of Penny pinching, this is a case of the longevity of this game. If they pick up support for the Switch, that automatically means they have no plans to upgrade or improve this game in the future. I know my point won't ever get to anyone important but I seriously implore them not to do it.

If you're aware of how awful this would be for us now, you have to fight this as it'll affect both you and I.

Considering that Nintendo only recently discovered that the internet is a thing that exists and Nintendo consoles still don't even support basic online features like native voice chat, I wouldn't hold my breath for an MMO on a Nintendo console anytime soon.

I don't believe it is really possible, but as someone who travels for work (and would like to play games on the bus, in bed or on the loo!) I would start a new eso account on the switch straight away.

If it is possible then I really hope they do it.

Jokes aside, it's bad enough keeping up with the updates and breaks on the already existing versions without throwing a Switch port into the mix. Consoles aren't properly up for it now. I can't begin to imagine what it'd be like on an even weaker system.

Where is the "I hate all things Nintendo ever since the Gamecube" option? Nintendo used to be a a great company, until their incompetence and/or artificial scarcity issues started up. I refuse to even consider buying a Nintendo product these days

I don't think they have done bad things after GC. They have done a lot of things. Some god, some bad... bit of both... Nevertheless, it is exactly what Sony and Microsft have done since GC

No, its not. Microsoft and Sony didn't decide to make low-powered systems obviously sub-par to the competition and target children instead of the broader gaming community. Microsoft and Sony had their logistics and supply chain issues in place when they launched their consoles and were able to fill demand without much issue...like any real company. Microsoft and Sony didn't decide to offer a retro console in very limited numbers making it impossible to find one at MSRP, then once they found it was in high demand, end production prematurely. Microsoft and Sony didn't decide to follow that up with the EXACT SAME marketing ploy. Microsoft and Sony didnt decide they were going to make an under-powered, portable system instead of focusing on what gamers want....a home console capable of playing demanding games, not some half measure that wil never compare to the competition.

I like the idea of plugging Link into Skyrim, but I'm still not buying a console for just a handful of games.
