Welcome to Morrowind, where the ash is so thick from the volcanic activity that it's clogging our servers. We thought it to be Xbox Live and tried to blame them. But we no longer have that option. We thank you for your patronage though, in fact the ash cloud is so thick that it even nerfed all the other characters abilities and skills and it also seems to be affecting us from responding in any way to our customers.
