Action duration reminder

Is there a similar addon? While I love this, with the recent changes to relentless focus it's a bit weird atm. Gathering 5 hits and then executing the effect completely removes the timer on relentless focus while the buff is still there.

Don't think you'll find anything better atm. For some reason ZOS removed the active buff effect of Relentless Focus with the update. Super annoying for LUI as well since I no longer have any easy way to create a bar highlight while the effect is active.
