Templar Heals Champion Points: Morrowind Updated

Since there is little info on builds regarding Morrowind CPs (I'm aware the official release hasn't happened), I would like for people to post what they have found useful. Apparently it is no longer of worth to devote all champion points into one specific perk. So lets discuss what is now the more useful route.

Enough cp to get 14% blessed and 24% elfborn, the rest go into something else, like eledamage or staff damage, which is good for the passive heal you get from heavy resto staff attack, which is percentage based.

It seems that dps is the only mechanic that got boosted by the patch update. So maybe us as healers are going to need to focus even more on doing damage while we heal. Element Expert may be of use to throw more points into. I'm also thinking spreading points out to cap at around 30 in a single perk is the inly way to get max benefit from it. So if youre struggling to find what else is useful, since the apprentice gives a crit buff, buffing the amount your heals crit for might be good.

As healer you can nearly try to get same stats as a DD. Your heals are great enough, so you dont really need to invest much for low % in the CP healing skills. Only stat, where you really need a bit more as a DD is your magickareg to be more flexible in most fights. :)

How about the CP to spend in the Warrior ?

The new IronClade thing prevents all direct damages, it seems huge to me in both pve and pvp situations.

Fatty White-Claw (lvl 50+) heal trial pve
Koros Bone-Shield (lvl 50+) tank trial pve
Koros Lust (lvl 50+) dps pve, pvp
    Seiri (lvl 50+) dps pve
    Wildfire (lvl 50+) dps pvp

Tip: Minor aegis saves you 69 champion points with it's 5% reduction.

Tip: Staff Expert Will be affect essence drain the resto staff passive that heals allies from heavy attack

Aoes and ground targeted attacks kill me a fair amount of the time is why i dont go iron clad. Im not typically the target for direct attacks; however, this is a great perk. I liked it before the update too.
I have an enormous piles of cos in staff expert now and have been trying it. That seems to be the (hands down) most efficient perk in blue, along with physical weapon expert. Blessed perk is near trash efficient now and all of the perks in Lover were equally nerfed. Befoul got the biggest boost!wtf? Now, none of the Ritual is effective for a standard healer? I want to know why zos hated them so much. *Paladins are understood. Target them instead of the whole role itself*
