Hello,
The momento "Almalexia's Enchanted Lantern" is bugged.
When this momento is being activated, the light is surrounding other players/npcs if they are in range.
If this momento would have worked properly, the light will only surround the player who activated it.
This bug is a few months old and I reported it a few times already, but no action has been taken in order to fix it.
Location: Tamriel(except Cyrodill, momentos are disabled inside Cyrodiil).
Platform: PC EU

This bug is old & known.

✭Easy fix, dont target anyone when using the memento.
While this might be a bug, it actually is beneficial for everyone in the big picture.
Since it has such an easy workaround it simply gives more options (especially for RP) and does not harm anybody.Jo'Khaljor0 -
MAEK✭✭✭✭Are you activating it from the collections UI or is it quickslotted? If it's quickslotted and you're aiming at someone I believe it's intended as other mementos does that to.0 -

I'm activating it from a quickslot.
I don't know if it is intended or not.
I presume it is a bug.
