Xbox One - quest markers make the framerate drop below 10fps!!

Since I and my friends tried reporting this issue several times on the forum and in the game to no avail, I'll try it here. Maybe some dev by accident will see it as I'm sure none of them go to Xbox One technical support section. The issue is present on XBOX ONE for ALMOST A YEAR. When having a bunch of quests in the journal, the framerate of the game drops to below 10 for few seconds every single time the game calculates quest markers position. Here are the scenarios that make the game framerate drop significantly:

- entering a new location (house, zone, anything that requires journals, quest markers to restart)
- advancing in a quest (completing a quest or part of it - anything that makes the quest marker move to a new location)
- switching between quests with a D-PAD.
- zooming in/out of a location on the map

The more quests you have in your journal, the worse it gets. Try getting your journal full and the game becomes unplayable at times. This is not just me. Me, my wife my friends from all over the world are experiencing this issue. We've tried all the possible tricks to fix the issue and the only temporary solution we've found is to remove all the quests from the journal. How come this was still not addressed? At least acknowledge that you're aware of the problem. We're doing you a service by reporting a game breaking bug, not the other way around.

That's a bad issue, but I honestly have to say...why aren't you completing those quests and clearing them?
They did design everything to be, at most, a few quests together in one area of a zone that you can complete relatively quickly together. Do the quests and that eliminates most of the problem.

I do but everyday I pick up daily quests + I have some quests for trials etc that I don't want to abandon. All together it contributes to a huge framerate drop. It's very frustrating. How hard can it be to fix a simple quest markers issue? Every single ESO player on XBOX ONE has it. If any of the devs would ever try questing on Xbox One in past year, they would surely notice it. It makes me think they don't really bother with console version of the game and probably have 1 junior coder working on it to bless us with an update every few months that screw up things even more. It was working all great before Orsinium update. Since then it just gets worse.

Ever since Orsinium things on XBOX One version was a mess. I haven't noticed as many issues since the move to PS4, but I've not been on long there.
I never had that particular issue, but I never had more than about 5 or 6 quests active, and I tried to keep it to 3 or less all the time no matter what.

    Hello devs,
Can anyone at least acknowledge that you're working on a fix? How do you plan to release Morrowind when it will be impossible to quest on Xbox One? I saw bugs with NPCs using brooms in a correct way being fixed but this is being left out. That's some odd priorities you've got there.

Happy 3rd anniversary ESO! Just tell me how the hell my friends are supposed to join the game if questing is almost impossible due to this bug? I could tell them "Hey, they're working on it" but you don't even care enough to tell us a lie that it will be fixed. Reporting this bug from the game level results in automated message from tech support with a guide on how to uninstall eso and re-download it....way to go, ZOS!

Just would like to leave a big FU for the dev team for completely disregarding the issue. Stopped subs for 2 accounts 2 months ago and not going back. I bet Morrowind fixes nothing and corrupts even more. I'm very glad I'm playing now games that actually work. I just regret I've put so much cash in a dev that doesn't give a damn. So again, FU. /rant over
