Can't access current characters in PTS.

I can only create new characters in the PTS. Which means I can't access all the other characters I've levelled to end game. Is this common? Shouldn't I be able to access my other characters?

✭Same here on the evening of May 13 logged on to PTS to check something.
No existing characters, only able to create a new one.
Everything like I had never played before, nothing was brought over from live.
Checked Live all works fine.

✭✭The PTS cycle is on EU character copies at the moment and will not be switching back to NA copies before 5/22. NA will only be able to create new characters or use template characters.0 -
ixie✭✭✭✭✭The PTS currently has EU characters copied over from live. They generally switch between copying from the two megaservers, NA for two weeks then EU for two weeks. On ESO Live they informed that next week will also be EU.PC EU
