No advise for people that wanna play troll builds here...Thanks! :P
I use Plague and Lich, works great in a small group where I can guard the healer. And in case you were wonderin, yes, the damage the guarded person takes does proc your blazing shield
I'm not sure how viable it'll be next patch though. Sustain is already kind of tricky, for both stamina and magicka.

Lich? Hmm that's different

Not really, it's actually super common for blazing shied builds(which it sounds like you want. At 45k+ health there's no reason not to ). Blazing is pretty pricey so you need a lot of recovery. Lich is amazing there.

What do you think about Desert Rose instead? And also should I go Imperial or Argonian? Cause honestly the goal isn't really to be a Blazing Shield build to stack as much health as I can but I just wanna be Tanky asf, Cause honestly blazing shield builds once their shields are down are usually kinda squish

I still don't get why people enjoy that play style

Your shield should never be down on a blazeplar
I brought it up because you mentioned 45k+ health, which is where Blazing becomes viable. If you aren't gonna use it, don't go so far, stay at 30k-ish and get moar magicka so you can keep yourself up with BoL or/and possibly use Annulm to survive. But blazeplar is a lot better for Guard duo imo, hell it's perfect. The main issue of a blazing shield templar is smart people will just not attack you and leave you alone with nothinhg you can do about it, but if you're guarding the healer, they kind of don't have a choice...they have to either attack you despite your shield or try to burn down the guarded person despite the guardn - but this will proc your blazing too.
Desert Rose used to be really op but since they nerfed it from 1 second cooldown to 4, Lich is imo better.

Meh don't really wanna use blazing tbh, For just being annoying to kill and tanky should I do 5 desert rose and 5 plague doctor or 5 desert and 5 reactive?

No reason to go Plague in that case. Health is a pretty dead stat outside of a few builds, you're not gaining much by having more health but missing out on a whole lot. And I'd still say that Lich>Desert
Also in this case I'm not sure I'd go the Guard route unless you are the one guarded. A non blazing templar spamming heals is likely to get focused as is, you probably don't want to add much to it. With Reactive though...I dunno, might want to play around with it some and see I suppose.

Know anything about Dk Guard Builds?
I'm using plague doctor + green pact armor&weapon(full set on both bars), medium/light infernal guardian head&chest
not a really good build atm (solo is okay hard to die as long as opponent is not a great dps, but 1vX is duh)..however with this build you need no magician or warlord champ, so next patch will hardly affect this build, while next patch affect all others a great deal.
So I'm guessing my build will be good enough in the next patch currently I can solo all IC sewer bosses (no molag bal of course, never tried solo) with this, I'd call that an achievement for a tank :P
