Lethal Arrow Question

I have been messing around with various heal debuffs and befoul. Major defile tooltip is 39% and minor defile 19%. Reverb bash seems to do the job, but I don't see any difference with lethal arrow except in one situation. If I use a minor defile poison, both major and minor defile appear to apply at the same time. So, major defile-->no effect on healing, minor defile poison --> healing crippled.

Is lethal arrow borked or am I seeing some sort of lag effect?

    You didnt explain your problem very well.

    Does lethal arrow not apply its Major Defile for you?
    Or do you mean that you tested it on people and their healing was not reduced?

    Hopefully you aren't trying to stack Reverb Bash with Lethal

    Well that is not very descriptive is it. You said reverb bash works and it is applying major defile too. What if instead of puzzle and repeating simply said What skill you use, what it does and what is expected result like "If I use lethal, it applies Major Defile but targets healing is same/higher than after reverb, etc..."

    //EDIT:
    After some testing I then assume you mean Lethal Arrow is applying Major Defile as it should but it is not reducing healing? (The only thing I was unable to test since I lack lab rat player)

    It's a fair point, I've had my suspicions about lethal arrows major defile not doing a freaking thing.

    Yes. Interestingly, when I get hit by a lethal arrow from another player, I also don't have a problem vigoring through it.

    I think for some reason the effect doesn't apply until the minor defile effect is applied even though the animation and icon appear. I made minor defile poisons due to a couple super tanks. Pugs follow the tanks around for hours instead of ignoring them and staying on task. Lethal arrow seems to do nothing, but when the poison procs, the tanks are usually dead 10-15sec later.

    However, it's just empirical speculation.

    Interesting indeed. I havent ever noticed anything wrong with it. Major Defile is pretty weak so even when applied on me I have never had problems healing, but I dont remember ever using minor defile poisons or having one applied on me.

    Tho it still could be just "feeling", having healing reduced by ~40% is far less noticeable than ~60%

    It's noticeable if you play on the no CP campaigns, for sure. On any no-CP campaign major defile should and ought be somewhat powerful, and it doesn't seem to do anything at all. Fasalas Guile set makes for a very noticeable and quite annoying healing debuff... and while from a perspective of tooltips lethal arrow should achieve the same (and longer duration, mind you) effect... as far as I can tell it doesn't do squat.
