No idea, Srendar is a great low impact buff trackers. LUI and such have good ones too but cause more lag.

Looks to me like the top red box is from Strendarr. The icon on the bottom right is from Craftstore I believe. The other 4 small boxes I am not sure.

Harven's Potion Alert- Did you go to the settings to 'set it up'? You have to match the potion alert quickslot settings to your potions that are quick slotted, then of course the threshold. You can also move the alert box to where you want it. I recommend doing the settings each separate thresholds, so they don't intervene with each other. 25% for one, 20% for another, etc for example.

Now if you have done all that, test with an enemy and let your attribute bar go low to the threshold, then the alert should pop up (potion alert only changes the quickslot for you, not use it automatically). When the alert pops up, you press the button to use it (I forget what it is, I use an xbox remote on pc), I think it's Q.
