Many console players also have PCs, including original PC-based accounts, and are therefore able to use the PTS. It's right that console players should be invited, even if they can't all participate.
As for performance, it does sound like you have some serious system issues. Maybe it's just the console version, but what you describe doesn't sound like a typical experience or there'd be nobody left playing. Blue screens are usually hardware related, not software-related - at least on PC, I have no personal knowledge of consoles.

You're a PC player. No disrespect, but you have no clue how bad the console folks have it.
Not just me. All of us. Check out the forums for the consoles. We get blue screens. A lot. Game freezes for all of us on PS4 are off the hook. Lag is brutal (hence the recent no-CP test by ZOS), especially in Cyrodiil.
I do not get blue screens in any other game I play on PS4. None. I don't get game freezes, long load times, or random disconnects. Only in ESO.
Believe me. These are typical on the console.
And no, Phatmattfu, I won't buy it. Not till it's fixed.

I can testify to this, it's okay consoles will be fixed one day..
Phatmattfu wrote: »Yes you will.
I play ps4, and get a blue screen maybe once a month if that.
You will eventually want more content.
You will buy.

Looking at some of the things mentioned here...
Most of the time, if things get worse the longer you play, it typically indicates a potential heating problem.
Another issue that shows up from prolonged play is memory leaks. This causes an inordinate amount of RAM usage. I am unsure of the actual client differences between the PC and console versions, so I am unable to really say this IS for sure a cause.

Not just me. I'm a member of five guilds on the PS4 platform. We all have the same issues.
And they're getting worse.

So, ZOS apparently decided, "okay, you play on consoles, you might have a PC that can run the game, let's get your input."
...and then we get these threads.

What cracks me up is that you're not paying attention. I wasn't writing about wanting the beta test, and said plainly that I don't want to test it.
You have this thread because the ESO on the PS4 has serious issues, and I'm not looking forward to Morrowind, because I believe it will make those issues much, much worse.
Pay attention. I'll say it slowly if you need me to. And I'll use smaller words.

Why do adults think rp'ing is how you play ESO "the right way?" The same adults that cry about animation cancelling being cheating because they can't do it.
