Vigor animation, and possibly others, are not working

So 99% of the time this is with vigor. Resolving vigor if you want specifics. It happens in pve, pvp, and vma ( for me at least ) but it hurts the most in vma. Even though it does work, when the animation doesn't go off, it messes me up, i think i have to hit it again (sometimes) and it wastes time. Also idk if animation canceling is just broken, but vigor through dodge rolls works very little for me in VMA lately. Regardless, the point is the animation doesn't go off, not a huge deal, just wanted to post it. Also ive had it happen with endless hail and possibly BOL, but i can say with 100% certainty it is happening with vigor a lot. And i know its happened for others as well, with vigor.

Yup, seen it with Vigor and with Volitile armor on my DK. Stamina/Magicka gets consumed, skill effects happen, but the animation is auto-cancelled. It actually looks like a flawless block-cancel but without the blocking shield animation. Definitely a bug over multiple abilites.

I think @Alcast recorded it happening with Vigor awhile ago. Hopefully this makes it into the "stuff we fixed" category with Morrowind.

Actually this has happened to me. Vigor, healing ward and BoL have done it (3 different characters).

I'm on PC and noticed it a while ago while PvPing, haven't played much for a while and it wasn't happening 100% of the time so don't know if it still happens.

Sometimes it would do it and sometimes not, I couldn't find any link with lag or anything like that. If I didn't have a combat log I wouldn't know these skills were actually working, it was quite annoying.

I have had it happen with Ritual of Retribution as well as Vigor. I see the glow around my body but the circular effects do not display.

ya im on xbox but if you're having it on pc then i guess its an all around issue. Are you guys aware? @ZOS_GinaBruno

It started for me on the first day of Homestead on PC, I've just tested it and it is still doing it with healing ward......wait, it seems to be something to do with keeps in cyrodiil, it does it almost 100% of the time inside and when I leave the full animation is back.......
