Cannot summon Banker in Domus Phrasticus (House)!

Assume this is because the house is situated within Cyrodil..?
Is there a fix for this? highly inconveniant to have to leave my house and use my 5000crown purchase!

Please ZoS look into this.

    You can't summon the banker/merchant in any house - you can instead place them in your house (they're under 'assistants' in the housing editor.)
