I was in the Coldrock Diggings delve and all of a sudden I was blasted outside but... I was outside of the game itself. Blue and white checker board and mountains I couldn't climb. Ran around it twice and even saw a shard. Then at the end of the zone I fell off into a cloudy mist and from that point I am stuck in a recurring pattern. Logged out and turned off the Xbox One. Still go back to the same point when I log in. Even said an error message that I was spamming the server with to many messages. What!? I have vid and photos of it all. Interesting to say the least.

You have to use the travel to friend or guild member

It happens. But u should've gotten that shard first

Yeah I wish I could have to. It blew me off the mountain though. Oh well.

Error 318 can occur when there are issues with connectivity, such as lag or latency, sending too many messages in game in quick succession, or when there is usage of non-standard controllers for the Xbox One and PlayStation 4.

To resolve the issue, please perform the following steps:
1.Disconnect any devices on your console except the official Xbox One or PlayStation 4 controller.

2.Check your connection.

3.Clear your console's save data to clear any faulty data. This will not erase your characters.
