The game just crashed on me after completing vVoM, I tried to log back on 3 more times but it crashed as soon as I loaded into the game. Now the NA server isn't even available on the launcher, I have no idea what happened or what to do, but as of right now I effectively can not access eso. heeeeelp

At what times did those events happen? "Right now" keeps changing, in case you haven't noticed that yet.

Whenever the game client exits abnormally (usually we are returned to the operating system prompt or desktop, but may be returned to the game log-in dialog), the files that it has open can become lost or corrupted. Use the Launcher Game Options menu to Repair Files before attempting to log-in to play the game again.

If the game host on the server and the game client on your computer lose contact, then usually the game client stops responding to most (if not all) of your input, and eventually returns to the game log-in screen. Note that you can use the <ESC> Settings menu to display the Frame Rate and network Latency in the lower left corner of the display screen. If you have it enabled, then you might be able to see the current Latency, which is likely to be a 3-digit number higher than 200 ms. and displayed in red.

Again, it can be worthwhile to use the Launcher's Game Options to Repair Files after a "freeze" like this. Last night (which also keeps changing) I experienced events similar to those you report. When I ran Repair Files, I noticed that it downloaded at least one file to replace an existing one.

If that doesn't resolve the issue and it continues to happen often, or repeats during a span of 10 - 20 minutes, then contact Tech Support via the appropriate section of this forum. There may be some helpful "questions" and answers in the ZOS "knowledge base". You can send an e-mail message via the forum software. They should offer some troubleshooting instructions to investigate the matter and seek to find the cause. The last time I did that, an Internet router was failing to forward packets that it received. Neither my ISP nor ZOS were responsible for it.

Completely close out the launcher and reopen, if that fails reboot your computer. It's the only fix I'm sure works.

I've had the same bug happen when the game caused a hang up in the memory on the computer after I lagged out crashed.
