Crashing in earthtear cavern

I keep crashing in my home. And in other people's cavern too. And others who have joined crash as well. I paid a lot of money for this cave so I expect to be able to actually use it properly

I am also experiencing these crashes consistently on my other account, on one of my 3 computers. The crash happens as soon as any toon on that account logs in to Earthtear Cavern (half of them are logged out there). I would be dead in the water on those toons if I didn't have another computer that loads in ok, the crash happens before you can do anything - the machine having the issue is an Alienware machine with 16GB of RAM and GeForce GTX670 video card. The cavern was purchased unfurnished and hasn't really been decorated yet (has a few crafting stations but not much else). Not sure why it crashes on the Alienware machine and not an HP laptop that I have, which probably has less horsepower.

Mine crashes on my Xbox one. And many times it will freeze you. You can't move or select any options. Your just stuck there. I can understand lagging out if your house is maxed and has tons of light sources and moving parts like pets merchants and other furnishings that move. But since you said yours crashes even without tons of things in it I don't think that's the cause

Yes, the crashing here is ridiculous. I purchased the cave for my guild hall on Xbox One and the game crashes at least 1/4 of the time when any of us enter the cave.

I'm sure this happens in all consoles sadly. I too am Xbox one and I have invested 8 mil in decor for my cave I expect to be able to travel to and from it without issues and for others to be able to freely visit without fear of disconnecting
