Completed Ache for Cake. Received Jubilee Cake memento.

The Quest Journal > Holiday Events > no longer lists 3rd Anniversary Event. No follow-on 3rd Anniversary Events or Dailies. How can I locate, accept, or map other 3rd Anniversary Event activities?

However, Holiday Events still lists two incomplete Jesters Festival > Jester-King Emeric objectives. Are the assets for Jesters Festival still in place, or should I abandon the two incompletes?
