Blue 100 Mighty, 70 precise strikes 30 whatever the penetration one is. Cloak gives you a crit, perhaps you will want more penetration if you aren't running Spriggans/Kragh/sharpend (or onslaught like me)

In the red tree I have Hardy to avoid getting one shot and Elemental defender because I am a vamp.

Fyi mine changes often depending on which campaign im in and i mostly do pvp, but noticed that my setup is near optimal for pve as well but i dont do trials.

I run spriggan and sheer venom, completely gold inpen gear with 2 pieces well fitted. All medium

I run stam plus stam recovery food

I run 10 into recovery for ressurection passive
    30 inpen
    10 reduce dots
Rest split between physical reduction and elemental defender weighted to elemental due to vamp and toughest opponents being magika users.

    Blue i go 100 mighty
    4 thaumatage
    4 blessed
    4 swors
    4 bows
    10 precise
    All else penetration

Quick recovery is better for me since i run little to no heals and id rather take from defensive then offensive points.

For PvP I run 90 mighty (trust me the difference between 90 and 100 is not noticable), 1 into precise, 37 into blessed, 60 into piercing, rest into thaumertauge (however the hell it's spelled lol). I have 37 into quick recovery as well. 70/70 split into hardy and elemental defender. Rest into resistant.

Both are important honestly. People get to wrapped around numbers wanting to max out damage as much as possible while not focusing on where NB is weak, which is healing.

I have high high damage, very high penetration (as I use spriggans) and good healing (as far as NB goes).

I'm working on another builds that's going to be killer. Great damage and sustain with really good healing.

are you running heavy? I'm currently going for heavy armor setup because medium is squishy and cloak barely works

Yes. 5 heavy 1 light 1 medium. That's for the hundings/spriggans build. Another good one so far is hundings/bone pirate.
