Can someone help me with overall needed stats for a character in PvP?

Hi! I've been playing the game for a while but something that always intrigued me are the stats and attributes, more specifically for a Magicka Sorcerer. Can you tell me if those stats are good for PvP and/or what are the best (or minimum of each)?

My (vampire) Magicka Sorcerer is a Nord who uses Main 1 Lightning Staff and Backup 1 Restoration Staff and 5 Light and 2 Heavy armor. And The Mage mundus stone.

Stats: (My build focuses on lightning damage.)

22 K Health; Health Recovery: 300; Physical Resistance: 18 K;
40 K Magicka; Magicka Recovery: 1850; Spell Resistance: 20 K;
11.6 K Stamina. Stamina Recovery: 700. Critical Resistance: 340.

Spell Damage: 2540;
Spell Penetration: 6300;
Spell Critical: 25%.
(Elemental Damage Bonus on Skills: 30%.)

Those stats are fully buffed by Food and Skills+Passives while in Cyrodill.

Your resists are good, your magicka pool and recovery are good. I'd say bring up your spell damage a little more and your spell crit as well. You want at least 2500 spell damage unbuffed

Spell crit is low, change mundus to the Thief.

Stam is very low, 14 - 15K, will help keep you going in longer fights.

Crit resist is suicidal, I know you stack shields but if you get cc'ed/stunned/feared/lag whatever for more than a few seconds you are roadkill. 1600 - 1800 bare min if your group has a healer running Transmutation or 2k for solo.

For PvP I recommend Frost or Fire staff over Lightning, Roots from frost reach is great, fire adds damage. Lightning is Ok against flappy wings, but you apso run resto (which also bypasses flappy wings)

Are you not running sharpened? With LA passives and sharpened your penetration should be North of 10k.

In PvP im not too distressed by a low, crit rating. I also always shoot for a minimum of 2k spell damage completely unbuffed. Also remember gold weapons provide 200 more spell damage/weapon damage over it's purple counter part.
