Help With Stam NB Build

Alright guys, ESO noob here.

A little background, always been a PvP player. For example back in the day my first season i was 2k rated in WoW arenas as a disc priest. When i ended i was closer to 2.9k. (For those that didn't play WoW, it's a leaderboard rating. One of the best in server at that time.)

Sadly WoW is a little simpler regarding builds compared to ESO. I just got to cp 200 and decided to start farming gear.

I need help in regards of creating a build that fits my playstyle.

I have a redguard nb, and i decided to go stam. Currently I have a 5 piece of medium Eternal Hunt all Impen and purple and gold max stam enchants. I have two agility weapons and 3 spriggans jewelry.

I was thinking next get 5 vicecanon, or maybe last agility piece. Or maybe even heavy Chudan Head and shoulders for the extra resistance and armor. I also have molag kena shoulders I can use.

My biggest problem is surviveability. Regardless of the 5 impen I'm still pretty much getting two shotted.

I recently got vigor, and it's helped immensely, I've went from one shotted to two or three shotted lol.

I'm not necessarily trying to play a ganker, I'm hoping to find a setup with burst, but also sustained offensive pressure and enough surviveabily to atleast make an escape.

I'm running DW/Bow

DW; Rapid Strikes, Relentless Focus, Ambush, Resolving Vigor, Killers Blade, and Incap Strike

Bow; Focused Aim, Expert Hunter, Poison Injection, Endless Hail(might switch for the knockback one) Shadowy Disguise, and Toxic Barrage

Cp Points is;
Thief
30 into warlord, 25 into mooncalf, 5 into Healthy,

Mage
10 precise strikes, 30 into mighty and 20 into piercing

Warrior
Medium armor focus 15, spell shield is 9, resistant is 15, 10 into hardy, 11 into ele defender

The CPpoints aren't set into stone, just kinda threw them wherever.

I hear everyone cry that stamblade is brojem, but I'm determined to make it work. Due to low CP, incomplete builds, and lack of buffs it's difficult so I figured I'd reach out to a knowledgable community for help ;D

Any ideas regarding skills, rotation, gear, or whatnot would be fabulous :)

Using a 2h and bow build helps with survivability... always keep your vigor up and ticking and use rally... rally gives you massive heals when used twice, once to start it then again to get the burst heal... the longer you leave it running the bigger the burst heal when you use it again.

As for gear I use all impen.

Agility jewllry, sharp maelstrom sword and defending master bow.

    Veledrith/selenes/bloodspawn

Hulking druegh, eternal hunt, hundings, bone pirate, clever alchemist, viper.

Your survivabilty as a stamina nb in medium come from dodge roll.

I'd say you have a good start there eternal Hunt is amazing. I'd go selen or velidreth as your monster set. Then you can go with viper or spriggan or 3 agility and 2 lekis for example. On front bar you should have a two hander and on back bar a bow.

That Said i find stamina nb hard to play because you will get almost one shot if you play medium unless you dodge the hard hitting skills. If you want an easier time you use heavy armour it's easier for new players.

Thanks guys, the information is great! Selenes seems to have crazy damage, I guess this is the kinda proc set people are crying about on forums huh?

For agility Jewelry, is it faster to farm dungeons or bone shards in IC?

It seems like everyone runs 1H and Heavy. I feel like heavy armor would drop damage significantly.. I can only speculate though.

I thought DW would be better due to getting another set piece, but I guess I better farm up my 2H skill.

Yeah thats the proc sets. ;)

Best way to get jewlery is to buy it but it's good to do all dungeons for skill points even if you dont get any gear. Heavy works there is a video here on the forum with stamblade with DW and 2 hander. 2 troll king, 5 hundings and 5 spriggan.

It denpends on what playstyle you are after. Medium is more about avoiding dmg. Heavy can take a few hits.

I run DW/Bow am set up for high damage with 5 Medium Hundings, Veli, Agility, Leki's weapons and I do just fine in PVP.

Ditch Rapid Strikes for Flying Blade, get some Fighters Guild skills slotted for the passives, look at going Vamp for the passives too.

Time your attacks, avoid red circles, use Invis potions as an escape mechanism, and use LoS when you are outnumbered.

I use 5 spriggan 5 eternal hunt 1 velidreth 1 kena. Amazing damage. Decent survivability (though you have to be on point because little mistakes will get you klles). 2h and dual wield. Speed comes from pots since I don't use bow. Your CP should be divided between what makes your strengths stronger but also think about putting CP into spots where the class is weak (like blessed to help with healing). I gotta be honest with you though, as a medium armor stamblades you will be fighting an uphill battle. It's outmatched by the other classes IF they are the same skill level as you or higher. Practice practice and it's not to bad.
Hey everyone! Look! It's a signature!

Eternal hunt is my favorite, thing is a life saver. Seems like alot of people run 1 veli and 1 kena.

I can definitely see the struggle right now with medium armor. Survivability is a paiiiin.

Little update, I've grinded my agility jewelry, my selenes, and my 2H skilline. Accidentally made a gankblade setup. Surprise Attack to win xD

Hopefully they give medium a small buff. If I get the jump on someone I can crush them, if I'm caught off guard it's a different story.. xD

Not just the armor but PvP seems a bit imbalanced all together. Seems like magicka based builds got a leg up as well as heavy armor right now.

Hopefully things are more balanced by the time morrowind is released and wardens can be the new op thing.
