Healers in eso have to be bursted 100-0 in one cc if they are decent, game is kinda broken in that regard. So you want to slot a hard cc and enough damage to finish the job within 2-3 gcds (seconds) max.

This has been my experience with the full tank oriented tank classes. It basically requires that you run resource poisons if you go head to head, but switching targets is the better option for pvpers who don't want to have to grind/sell/craft just to fight. I'd rather move on to the next fight.
Poison dependence, like potion dependence, is not fun for players who just want to dedicated PvP. If they gave us the essential poisons at a reasonable AP price I might buy into it but fighting isn't fun to me when the determining factor isn't rooted in the use of combat dynamics.

Yah i dont like the idea right now myself. Right now with the Black Rose and Spriggens set i dont have enough burst damage and im not sure how to fix it without losing heavy armor which is a bad choice, or spriggens which is also a bad choice. Would it be better to just go bow, and h2 (i really like it)? or should i change my gear? Every build i see posted for homestead is medium armor which really doesn't do anything for you other then crit.
IF ANYONE has any advice as far as increasing damage without loosening the hard to kill aspect of the build id love to hear it.
UPDATED BUILD
Heavy armor on a Stam sorc is unnecessary, you have great mobility which is a fantastic defense.
