Hey what's up bois !

Just wanted to introduce you my last build video about Magicka Templar.

Hope you will like it, and for whoever is too lazy for watching it, there is the set up !

GEARS

Non Optimised set up (for the Lazy Asses like me) 5x Heavy 2x Light

- Body : 2x Liche Pieces, 3x Soulshine Pieces (2x Sturdy, 3x Impen)
- Jewels : 3x Liche (2x Spell dmg, 1x Magicka Recovery
- Weapons : Front bar = 1x Soulshine Shield (Impen), 1x Master Sword (Powered)
Second Bar = Dualweild Soulshine (Sharpened)
- Undaunted : for solo = 2x Valkyn Skoria (1x Impen 1x Sturdy)
for small group = 2x Grothdar (1x Impen 1x Sturdy)

Optimised set up (for the pro farmer) 5x Heavy 1x Medium 1x Light

- Body : 5x Shoulshine (1x Sturdy, 3x Impen)
- Jewels : 3x Lich (2x Spell Damage, 1x Magicka Recovery)
- Weapons : Front bar = 1x Lich Shield (Impen), 1x Lich Sword (Powered)
Second Bar = Dualweild Willpower (Sharpened)
- Undaunted : for solo = 2x Valkyn Skoria (1x Impen 1x Sturdy)
for small group = 2x Grothdar (1x Impen 1x Sturdy)

SKILLS

- Front Bar :

Its a good build but you and every other templlar is running it.

Other skills that benefit from soulshine are dark flare and soul assault. You also might want to try crescent sweep as ulti. Hits about the same dmg as meteor but only costs 70 something ultimate. Meteor is easy to block if u know what u are doing. Crescent has no warning. Also has the dot. So it really is about the same. But cheaper.

If u run rattlecage ure spell dmg will be higher for all skills (BoL) and you free up a skillslot for repentance. But then ure sweeps will be weaker. So basically increased survivability for dmg.

Yeah thank for all of those. I know already that. I don't want to use dark flare because a castable ability against melee player is pretty risky.
And I'll certainly not use soul assault either cause it's waaaay too cheesy

Meteor is easy to block true, but not dodgable that's why I run it instead of sweep. + Since most of the time there more than 2 or 3 peoples against me I rather pull them towards a choke and meteor in it, it's automatically some of them cc'd + a decent dot. More efficient at my PoV.

And rattlecage works aswell indeed but cba farming and I don't need repentance anyway when I'm solo ^^

I would switch entropy and rune in terms of bar placements. Also, soul assault over meteor imo for many reasons.

Switching entropy and rune would create a too heavy health desync between the 2 bars.

No opinion about soul assault, too cheesy for me
