Last time checked with IC around 99,9% as long as the input was correct.
Orsinium didn't change any formulas nor added anything important.

Sets and champion points increasing recovery stats are currently bugged in case you use drinks.
My calculator uses the formula to show how much you should have since I won't add that bug.

Overall my calculator is pretty accurate.

I just re-read your last post where you mentioned the sets / champion points increasing recovery being bugged.
