What would you mdk pros out there think would be the overall best sustain set for a block oriented heavy mag dk. Black rose or Seducer?
Planning to go 1h/shield and bsw or spinners for damage set.

Neither, go Storm Knight's Plate or Thunderbug so you can dps whilst blocking...

Seducer far outperforms Black rose for magika sustain, but black rose outperforms seducer for stam sustain(by 35%), you'll be able to pump out more damage with black rose, but you'll have to manage your magika much more carefully compared to
    seducer.

    ^^ This.

Also, with Black Rose, you rely a lot more on getting hit every 4 seconds. Seducer, on the other hand, makes you far more self-sufficient, since its bonuses are active all the time, regardless of what your opponent is doing.

Black rose/BSWusing witch mothers brew is a pretty strong set up if you want to be fairly tanky but also capable of killing something, I'm running all prismatic enchants with that set up to make up the stam pool from not using tri stat food.

Seducer by far is gonna be better. Black Rose is good if you are actually going full on tank but seeing as you are going mag I'd say Seducer. I'm currently running 5 BSW 5 Seducer 2 Valkyn. Am still making tri stat glyphs but right now am sitting at 16.5k stam and can block for ages. I'm also not even running any sturdy gear.

Its worth noting that Black Rose does return resources during mist form, whereas seducer loses out on its 2 regen bonuses when in mist form.

I personally think Seducer is hands down better, but there's a case to be made for black rose, in theory its just enough sustain to get by between ults/pots and if you're never running OOM in BR then your build will perform much better in black rose than seducer by nature of more max health/stam, more damage, and better stam sustain. I personally needed to run an extra regen glyph on my jewels to make black rose work, which ultimately is why I went back to seducers.

Prismatic glyphs are a life saver, I remember beating my head against the wall not being able to sustain stam right until I added these to my build.

To add it is much easier to manage resources through ferocious leap since you can use it more often than say meteor

I'm having a tough time deciding between thw two. I just want to permablock. Blackrose seems more capable but I can't find it all in sturdy.

You shouldn't need all sturdy pieces to perma-block with 600 CP, you can invest enough into block cost reduction to get by with only a couple sturdy pieces, I'm using 3 in a 5 seducer setup, but I'm not quite able to prema-block, I probably could if I switched to BR tho

I prefer Black Rose because I find that I can manage my magicka just fine with pots and ults. Also the stam sustain is really sweet (shuffle on a mag DK is just so good).

I guess its a case of personal preference.

I just wonder what set to run with it. I for the life of me cannot get a burning spellweave shield. I have been just going 3 Will power 5 black Rose 2 skoria and 2 torus. I also could run 5 trainee with it. Syrabane I hear is good. Maybe spend some money to get a sharpened Sun sword. Idk.
