Game crashing after last update

Since last update game has been crashing at a no uniform rate until is complete unplayable. I deactivated all addons and updated graphic card drivers and still crashing. Sometimes crash just after of couple of minutes of gameplay.
And since last update the grass has graphic glitches. I think this is related to the crashes. I am using an AMD R9 graphic card.
