What would you do diffrent?

Hey all!

So I was wondering what would you do diffrent if you had your current knowledge about the game and had to start over? Would you make your characters diffrently? For me I would not make a high elf vampire magicka based tank as my main character.. Also I would have probably created a crafting character. How about you?

    Nope I got many :p But I onky have one main character a.k.a my first character

    I would have ignored the min/max thinking from the start and just make a khajiit templar healer day one. Or at least instead of the DK tank I have.

    And I wouldn't have bought the thief costume pack or the Adventure pack.

    I bought the costumes since I thought that it would be cool to dye one of them yellow so I could have a DK looking like Scorpion(This was long before dye stamps/ESO+ costume dye where added to the game), and I bought the Adventure pack so I could play as a khajiit when I queted trough DC and EP (at that time I was not aware of Cadwell'd Silver and Gold).

    Back when the game first launched, I had every intention to play a sorceror or templar, but I wanted a melee 2h fighter. After trying both, I was not happy with the playstyle or animations of either class. I tried nightblade, and liked that the class abilities looked more like melee attacks, so I went with that. Nightblade has been my main basically since pc launch.

    If I could go back and change things, I probably would have stuck with a templar or sorc instead, but it would've been miserable for the first couple years until they got stamina in a decent place.

    Really, I had been following the game since the initial alpha reveal, and I wanted the warden from the start before they decided to scrap it. In played druid and shaman mains for 4 years in warcraft, and would definitely have preferred a nature based class in eso.

    So with that class finally releasing, I'm going to start over and make a warden my new main. The sad nightblade has been relegated to crafting slave.

    ...I might leave some slots open for warden alts (specifically I would not play two of my current alts, leaving their character ideas open for wardens), but I wouldn't change a thing about my current main characters. I made them for -character ideas- not for game mechanics after all...

    The only alts I have are bank mules. I use one character for everything else.

    Could we possibly have a Frosty Warden character for Sub Zero and a nightblade for Smoke (cloaking every other second)?

    I would've joined a guild sooner. Spent lots of time solo for the first few months ESO was out and looking back I would have had much more fun with a constant group

    I've always considered this to be one of their worst mistakes other than having classes in the first place. No nature magic? Seriously....

    Yeah I did that as well skipped through tons of quests :(
