From about 4:00-4:45 PST on PS4 NA my guild bank received donations, but they didn't show up in guild history or in the guild bank. One member lost 100k gold that is now gone forever. Donations seem to be working now, but this screwed up our raffle for the week! Please fix!

✭Are you sure he/she didn't deposit in the wrong guild bank? Sometimes, if you lag, even if you swap guilds to deposit into: You get "thrown" back into the previous one.

This has happened to two of my Guildies and in each case, they've had the gold refunded within 48 hours.Guildmaster of the UESP Guild on the North American PC/Mac Server 2200+ CP & also found on the European PC/Mac Server 1700+ CP

This also happened to me over a year ago when I deposited 3,000,000g into my guild bank while the loading circle was moving and the gold disappeared. Got ahold of customer support and they refunded the gold. It will eat the gold if you don't wait for the guild bank to load completely
