How sorc pets should work or pets in general

It's pretty simple. Just make them unkillable and make it to where they aren't even targetable. The reason I say this is because it is ridiculous fighting these pet builds when you can just kite around all of them. If you've fought a good pet sorc you know what I mean. Sure this a nerf but now your pets would be unkillable.

And then from another point of view this change would also put pets over the top as they would have no counterplay since you won't be able to kill them. My idea to give them counterplay would be to change pets from a toggle to a real live buff. This would make it to where you have to reapply them every so often and it give you a chance to bash your opponent.

Changing pets from toggle abilities to actual buffs would put their usefulness on another level as well and would encourage more players to run them. Just some ideas I came up with.

    Yes and NO.

    I'm playing pet sorc, and the only thing broken is targeting. It's very hard to target the sorc because pets work like "You should not pass, even if you TAB my master". This NEED a fix.

    There is an other broken thing concerning all sorc : light armor and sorc shield stacking, it's more OP with 50k magicka.

    Pets can be killed and it's a good thing, I need to be carefull with them, making them non killable would be so OP and casting a pet like a buff would be no viable, cuz people would interrupt you every time if they are not true noobs.

    Even if you stun + streak you can't cast the pet because the ennemy can interrupt you.

    And seriously, giving 2 more slots on a pet sorc would be broken, you really want me stolting Inner light for empowered frag, + 7% more magicka, 10% more critical chances and anti gank possiblity?

    Pets work nice now, we need 4 slots (5 if atro and 7 if overload) for them and a longer curse for make them work.

    Make pets less targetable and nerf that shield stacking crap and pet sorc will be balanced.
