Items in bank account disappearing

Hello there,
I have noticed it the second time now and it really becomes annoying because both times it has been a set item I just got.
So, here is what I did:
- get the set piece in a trial
- put it into bank
- Switched character to see if it fits
- I painted it to match the style of the other pieces (I did that both times!)
- I've put it back into the bank to log into my first character again and took it out
- I upgraded the item with this char (he's my crafter) and back into bank: gone.
The painting and upgrading happened both times and it is really a shame that those items are gone now. Searched a while for this. The latest item disappeared last night on my account, around 1am (German time). The pants of eternal warrior are missing, which would've been - again - my fifth piece.

Wow, that's unfortunate. I'm glad I always upgrade before giving them to my other character! You should file a support ticket, and I believe they will get you these items back. I think they do help people with that sort of thing.0
