Unfortunately with the Xbox NA server economy being utterly ridiculous thanks to @ZOS_GinaBruno (not her specifically) but ZOS in general. There are no game masters on the server and the trading guild prices are out of control. My location regularly goes for 8 million a week. So if you can't pay dues the guild cannot afford to allow anyone who doesn't contribute guild dues.0
