Leveling in PvP

Yooo.
I am currently leveling my character for Vigor and Caltrops.
Is there any way of quickly leveling in PvP? As a 100CP Stamblade its pretty difficult to level my assault skill.

What do you guys and gals recommend?

    Going to non cp campaign but it only takes about 6 hours or less to get caltrops.
    Sorcerna, proud beta sorc. RIP April 2014 to May 31 2016 DArk Brotherhood. Out of retirement for negates and encases. Sorcerna will be going back into retirement to be my main crafter Fall 2018. Because an 8 k shield is f ing useless. Died because of baddies on the forum. Too much qq too little pew pew. 16 AD 2 DC. 0 EP cause they bad, CP 2300 plus 18 level 50 toons. NA, PC, Grey Host#SORCLIVESMATTER actually they don’t or they wouldn’t keep getting nerfed constantly.

    No. You can go into Azuras though which is a CP disabled campaign. Just throw on a resto staff, get into a large zerg, and spam rapid regen.

    I'm a Stamblade but the transition to Magblade has been very tempting. Could this be a viable way to level the restro and destro staffs?

    you asked for a fast way to level the assault tree and I gave that to you. Resto staff, rapid regen spamming in a raid.

    toss on some magicka gear, doesnt need to be optimal since youre just farming AP anyway. Pay to respex your attributes to 64 pts into magicka (or dont, doesnt matter). and use some cheap food wih magicka regen. just spam raoid regen and healing springs and youll rack up a lot of Ap (grab the blessing of war buff top from a cyrodiil delve boss).
