Well not very many have made videos on it yet so it is hard to say. But you could try Ice wall and frost clench for some crowd control or impulse for some AOE but more CC never hurt kind of like most do with dual wield and bow run a set up that has the staff for cc and sword and shield for main tanking now with both having the block effect you could use ether for the cost of stam or magicka depending what your blocking with.

But there are other builder like Gilliamtherouge, Deltia who make more of the meta builds that will most likely make something that will be for that in a week or so. I can try to make a build and get it out over the next week showing this but I do not make very many meta tanks I like to bring a verity to the game but can explain some gear sets that might work for more of a magicka build with a NB.
